These guys are the 'good guys' of the region. They're out to stop Team Lunar in their tracks and turn back the Moonlight Pokemon. They are the base founders of Rainbow Pokemon.

This it the neutral team of the region. They don't go against Moonlight Pokemon but aren't with them either, and they are the only ones preventing Lunar and Solar from going on all out rampages and battles with eachother. They are the base founders of Gold Pokemon, but also have possession of Moonlight and Rainbow Pokemon.

These guys are the 'bad guys' of the region. They try to steal pokemon and turn them into Moonlight Pokemon, and aren't always the nicest people/pokemon to be around. They are the base founders of Moonlight Pokemon.
